Harcourts Digital Campaign

Early 2017, we were tasked with the job of raising Harcourts Canterbury’s profile online and positioning them as local experts in the Canterbury real estate marketplace.

Our primary aim was to rework the Harcourts Canterbury website into a premium credentials experience. Designed to engage and convert, we constructed a content-driven strategy which demonstrates local expertise and added value.

The Harcourts digital campaign consists of search, display, video and Facebook marketing. We also created a website, with SEO at the forefront of our design, to house an array of articles, videos, contact details, and market news. Much of which became landing pages for our multi-channel digital strategy that targeted prospective sellers at various touchpoints across their day.

From August 2017 to May 2019

1,400+ average weekly website users. (Before we stepped in, 27 weekly users).

23,000+ unique users in our target demographic reached by brand awareness display adverts in a typical week.

908% increase in organic traffic compared to year-on-year.

2,000+ ‘Find Your Local Office’ form completions every month - this was defined by Harcourts as an important business objective.

31.4% Video view rate. From 957K videos impressions.

7,400+ Users visiting 4+ pages.
