The challenge for Hughes Developments was to keep the subdivision’s marketing fresh and top of mind, having been in the marketplace for over half a decade.

We created engaging video content aimed at Christchurch families, first home buyers and downsizers. Search, display and preroll adverts were placed on the Google Display Network, targeting people actively looking for houses or sections in Christchurch and Rolleston.

As a result of both our online and offline marking efforts, Faringdon is now attracting, on average, 15 new residents per week. Over 1,300 sections have been sold, and 200 new homes are under construction. This is now the most successful development in the South Island. In a typical month, the Faringdon website received:
