Your personal data is collected when subscribing to the Imagic newsletter, which is entirely voluntary and with explicit authorisation, allowing Imagic to promote our services, projects and other information through e-newsletter.
The e-newsletter subscription is optional, free of charge and for the period that the subscriber intends, meaning that at anytime the subscriber can unsubscribe from our e-newsletter. Access to our website is in no way conditional on subscription to the e-newsletter or for the capture of personal data.
For each e-newsletter that we send, metrics are collected to identify which subscribers opened the e-newsletters and on which links they click. Being able to identify your journey through our e- newsletter allows us to understand what type of information is relevant to our subscribers.

This information is aggregated and personal data or information about individual users is not collected, therefore it cannot be used for marketing.
